Israel carries out over 1,100 massacres of Palestinians — Hamas

According to Basem Naim, "there are still thousands of Palestinians under the rubble in the Gaza Strip, with more than half of them children"

RABAT, November 10. /TASS/. The Israel Defense Forces has committed over 1,130 acts of mass murder on Palestinians since the conflict escalated on October 7, member of the leadership of the Palestinian Hamas movement Basem Naim said.

"So far, the occupation forces (the Israeli army - TASS) have committed more than 1,130 acts of mass murder. The latest of them took place on the Salah al-Din highway [in the Gaza Strip] against displaced people," Qatari TV channel Al Jazeera quoted him as saying.

According to Naim, "there are still thousands of Palestinians under the rubble in the Gaza Strip, with more than half of them children." In addition, "thousands of Palestinian children face certain death due to the shutdown of hospitals."

"More than 135 medical centers, public and private hospitals have been targeted by the occupier," a member of the Hamas leadership noted.

According to the enclave's Health Ministry, the death toll from Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip has exceeded 11,000.

Sharp escalation

Tensions flared up again in the Middle East on October 7 when Hamas militants staged a surprise attack on Israeli territory from the Gaza Strip. Hamas described its attack as a response to the aggressive actions of Israeli authorities against the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem’s Old City.

Israel has announced a total blockade of the Gaza Strip and has been delivering air strikes on Gaza as well as some parts of Lebanon and Syria. Clashes are also underway in the West Bank.
